InunDations - 2002

This compilation is the third in the series of 'instudio sessions' recorded by Galway Bay FM's Jon Richards and without a doubt is the finest. The quality and range of new and original music in Ireland has grown enormously in the past few years and if you haven't heard any of it, buy this double album. Not only is this one of the finest albums of the year the proceeds are being donated to the Samaritans so you will get more value for your investment by supporting two exceptional causes, original music and people who work for a very worthy foundation.

There are thirty-seven songs on this compilation from the likes of Mundy, Damien Rice, The Frames, Jack L, Dawn Kenny, Mary Black, Hothouse Flowers, Don Baker, The Revs, Mick Hanly, Relish, Juliet Turner, and the list goes on. Probably one of the most superb compilations you will ever hear, InunDations is a must.

9.5/10

The Boston Globe - 2001

"This album is mind-blowing".

Hot Press - 2000

"This record has all the things that music and sex have in common, it's intimate, it's hard, it's brutal, it's tantalizing, it's trippy, it's good every time you do it. Wow, really."

Napster - March 23 2001

"Electronic and distorted rock textures provide the dynamics for this engaging, propulsive track. Kick back with a previously unreleased remix of "Tranquillizer," the first single from Dublin-based Skindive's debut album, in stores on April 3rd."
